I’ve been with Pixie for several years and admire her professionalism and top level contacts

My Doctor here is Dr Pixie and she is incredible in so many ways. She is professional in every way but yet so approachable and understanding to everything. I feel at ease to discuss anything that might be concerning my health or well being and it is understood. Our appointment is always very thorough as Dr Pixie is expert in so many areas. All the Doctors and services Dr Pixie has referred me to have been top and I have continued to use them in their specialist fields. It is always a pleasure to speak with Dr Pixie, I have been seeing her for many years now.

Dr Pixie has a great manner and is clearly highly experienced. Thankfully, (in the nicest way) I do not see Dr Pixie very often, but when I do she remembers every detail of my previous visits and what was expected. Dr Pixie is incredibly thorough and she always puts my mind at ease; I feel she looks across all aspects of my health and not just the symptoms or issues I have presented with on the occasion of my visit. It really is a great service, more akin to an excellent village doctor who really knows their patients than a busy city practice. I really cannot fault her in any way.

I feel very safe in Pixie’s hands. She has everything on file to do with my health history and doesn’t forget anything !

Hi. I was never informed of fees at any time either in writing or otherwise. On my 1st visit, I was only told for the 1st time that i had to pay £220 ( which i could not afford not was prepeared for) on my way out. I had to rummage around friends and family to gather the funds on that day! I was hugely dissapointed. Then i was told by Dr Pixie that it included followup. Hence i agreed to the followup appointment. I would have requested my tests by email and then ask bupa GP for followup. It doesnt make sense tllhat i would agree to a second paid followup. Secondly, In the confirmation email, no where again did it mention fees and charges related to this or any other appoitment. All other Dr. / consultants that have seen outside of Dr pixie clearly state fees in their apointment letter and how much it is, when it is payable etc. All correspodents out of the Pixie office should boldly state payment terms, conditions and requirents in all prior communication with me and others rather than trap unsuspecting customer this way! Please do not send me this or any other invoices! I am highly dissapointed in your conduct! Nihinlola.
