Mr Malagelada has a very professional manner, he listens well to you as a patient and provides a good explanation of treatment and options.

I now understand the cause of my problem and now have fantastic orthoses in my shoes which have completely changed my comfort in walking. He has advised on strengthening and reviewed any queries or issues that I have had over the past few months. He worked in close liaison with a physio colleague who I had seen. He is easy to contact and quick to respond and a really easy person to talk with. I would recommended him to any one with an ankle/ foot problem.

I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.
