excellent facilities and care

The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

Very nice, clean hospital. Staff on reception were nice and so were the nurses that helped me with my pre-exams.

All of the staff at Nuffield health are friendly & caring. They attract the best consultants in the business. The hospital is relatively modern, spotlessly clean & very comfortable.

Excellent service throughout assessment and procedure. Less impressed with follow up! Called for advice after finishing course of steroid drops as my eye was still very red. Difficulty getting to talk to someone and then advice/help left lots to be desired. Actually still concerned now!
