Excellent surgeon, great consultation and very reassuring and easy to explain procedure and concerns

This was my 4th colonoscopy with Professor Dorudi. Excellent every time

She is kind and caring. She answered all my questions in depth and detail.

Mr Karim explained everything to me about my illness and the procedure I had. He was very good during the procedure and had a very good bedside manner.

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Mr Shatkar performed surgery that was largely painless with almost immediate recovery. I'm much more comfortable with a much improved quality of life.
