She is kind and caring. She answered all my questions in depth and detail.

Mr Okaro gave me all the relevant information I required for my procedure & I had every confidence in his experience & knowledge that my operation would be successful. That said, I found his initial manner towards both myself & and my husband to be a bit abrasive.

Excellent explanation and care, first class

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!
