I found Mr Marshall to be exceptional. His relaxed and informative manner immediately put me at ease and his sense of humour helped. Answered any question I had and fully informed me of the procedure, including the pre-assessment, and of course the inherent risks of surgery.

Mr Alex Leo immediately set me at ease with his clear and direct explanations alongside a jovial and friendly attitude. He has been absolutely instrumental in helping my complex fistula problem, I could not be more grateful. Everything was done with the utmost care and he always had time for my extensive questions. He is evidently highly skilled and knowledgeable - the personable, honest, and clear communication made my experience even better.

Haq was excellent

Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

Mr Daulatzai was very informative about my condition at the time of first consultation and fully explained the procedure that would be undertaken and the immediate after effects of same. I could not have asked for anything more pre-surgery.

Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! Mr Watfah listened carefully, asked probing questions leaving me reassured that he had a full grasp of my problems and had a strategy to find the ideal solution. He had a charming approach and displayed a sense of humour which is important to me. I felt that he had listened carefully and will seek the best soltion for me.
