Mr Vivek Gulati was very nice - he asked a number of questions to get as much information as possible and was quick to explain his thoughts in detail. He also did some physical tests that helped proved his explanation around his diagnosis.

Very good, helped me thru everything wrong with my shoulder and finally reached the end. Surgery went phenomenal and he did a great job.
