Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

Dr Al-Maiyah was fantastic. He was caring, and put my mind at ease when I was very distressed and pain. He not only did a great job but also gave me confident that all was going well so I could overcome my anxiety and made the whole process went smoothly. He is very experienced and brilliant. My experience of hip surgery with Mr William Bartlett was a very positive one. From the first consultation he gave me the opportunity to ask relevant questions, listened to my concerns and gave me plenty of, literature, time and space to consider all the options without any pressure to make decisions. He and his team on the 4th floor of the Hip Unit gave excellent care, communication and consideration. The surgery went completely smoothly and Mr Bartlett’s post op care was exemplary, visiting me daily on the ward and again giving me the opportunity to contact him at any time with any concerns.
