The care and attention I received as a patient was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The care and attention before, during, and after the operation made you very confident and at ease.

The reception staff are a little slow. This is the only thing that lets it down.

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital had been great to work with. There was one scheduling hiccup, where my appointment was cancelled but I was not informed. But otherwise it's been a good experience.

Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

Reception staff very efficient and welcoming, Out patient nurses are all very helpful and friendly
