Professional establishment

They took care of me very well

Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.

Excellent.

I had an excellent experience as a day patient at the Princess Grace. I was welcomed immediately, and taken to my room within ten minutes. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and all the nurses, porters and other staff were friendly, putting me at ease. I was taken through the practicalities of the procedure, which was on time and went well. The after-procedure care was very good, with a very attentive, friendly nurse. I was given all the (admittedly limited) catering I wanted and felt no pressure to leave my room after the nurse discharged me. I would happily return to the Princess Grace if needed.

Staff are really professional and friendly. The procedures were explained in detail. Appointment timing were flexible and really quick with appointments.

A very efficient establishment, run like a clock

The booking process through HCA was efficient and the clinic was very clean, profession staff and modern equipment.

The Lister is an excellent hospital where I’d be happy to be a patient again if I ever needed to be (hopefully not of course!).
