Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

It’s just a friendly and supportive environment

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

The admin staff are prompt with queries, any my Dr is very empathetic, engaging and I’m very happy to be under their care.

I didn't visit the clinic itself, but the remote experience was perfect. Swift replies containing all the information needed, flexible appointments with little waiting time and very friendly.

I have had a fantastic experience with the mental health services of the lovely Dr Sarkhel. I've undergone psychiatric treatment through therapy sessions and receiving an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Sarkhel was instrumental in ensuring I was comfortable, that I understood everything, and that I was happy and healthy. It was of great benefit to both myself and Dr Sarkhel that I brought along my school report - this helped to relate my symptoms to childhood. I feel lucky to have been diagnosed by such a caring doctor who is evidentially trying to help me as much as he can. The clinic atmosphere was great, very relaxed and a lot of seating. Additionally the location convenience was great being situated in Harley Street. Very clear and informative appointment scheduling and fast email replies. Between the psychiatric expertise of Dr Sarkhel, the treatment effectiveness, and the personalised care, I'm beyond happy with my experience. Thank you!

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. Held health have a lovely friendly team who understand the stress of modern day parenting children with special needs. They were happy to answer any questions and have been great with trying to get the school to recognise absences are due to health issues. Dr Crabb is very knowledgeable, caring and good with teens. I have recommended him to a friend who has also had a very positive experience with a different condition. They have a prescription delivery service so we haven't had to try to source adhd medicine unlike I have seen others struggling to fill prescriptions. Really can't thank them enough for making me feel supported where the NHS totally failed us
