Very clean and friendly staff. The waiting room didn’t feel like a clinical setting (no triggering information leaflets about cancer, infertility, etc. that are usually scattered around GP surgeries)

I found all the staff helpful and polite. The only small issue is that for a couple of appointments I never received a confirmation. All solved by calling to make sure.

I have been a patient at Brightside for over 10 years and even though I have moved away from the area, I will not change my dentist for fear a new dentist wouldn't be as good.
