Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

I am only a few days post-op from gynecomastia surgery, and after just six days, I can’t believe the results I see in the mirror. I feel an incredible boost in my self-esteem.
