Mr Kothari was very kind when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, he explained my treatment in great detail. My mastectomy and reconstruction went very well and I was pleased with the after care.

Mr Thakur saw me after I found a lump in my breast. He made me feel at ease and explained everything very clearly. I was very happy with the care I received from Mr Thakur throughout the whole process.

I visited Mr Basu after an abnormality on routine mammogram. I was subsequently diagnosed with a lobular grade 2 cancer. Mr Basu was approachable and empathic at every stage of my treatment. He spent considerable time explaining things in detail and no question from me was overlooked. Mr Basu offered me a selection of operations and outlined all the facts , pros and cons of each. He then ensured I was sure on my decision right up to the op. I chose a Goldilocks mastectomy which is quite rare in the UK and a reduction on the other side and I am delighted with the result to date. I would 100% recommend Mr Basu to anyone with any type of breast concern or concer. It’s rare to find someone with such knowledge, empathy and brilliant surgical skills , I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as my treatment lead/surgeon.

Really lovely doctor kind and reassuring

I thankfully found Professor Vaidya as I wished to avoid having a full course of radiotherapy following a lumpectomy. Less than an hour after contacting him, he personally called me. Throughout this journey, he has always been professional, caring, supportive and answered every single question with total honesty. He with others, "pioneered" TARGET-IORT treatment and this is what I went had, having been identified as a suitable candidate. I have now been through successful surgery and I am convinced I have taken the very best course of treatment for me at this time with the personal support of Professor Vaidya and his team. I could not recommend him more highly.

This period is a haze. I put my trust in Mr Gosh by choice. If in a few years time I have to go through again I will be asking for Mr Gosh to be my surgeon.

The experience I had with Dr Chakravorty was outstanding, he was really good with explaining exactly what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way.
