Excellent care

My initial experience was disappointing. I had 2 appointments cancelled and it wasn’t until I emailed to ask for a refund due to the cancellations that the consultant, Nadia, called me herself to find out what had happened, which I was very grateful for. I then made the appointment with her and had my appointment, Nadia was amazing.

Great experience. Both technicians in the room and administrators at reception were super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

The Paediatrician DR Bala was brilliant! We had sent over a very detailed description of our daughters issues and he had learned it. Made me feel like he had already done research into her issues rather than usually when you see someone, they are that quick to summarise, you feel they haven't thought about it. My daughter is not great with people she doesn't know, and he was great with her, started off trying to make her feel comfortable before he even started the consultation. Used great tricks to stop her getting upset during examining her. Asked us if we wanted to ask anything else that was not related to our original concern. When we went to the pharmacy after to collect a prescription, we had an issue with the medicine, we called the vessy receptionist, she put us straight through to DR Bala, and he offered to speak to the pharmacy. Amazing experience! And I could not fault anything.

All the staff were friendly and attentive. I felt well cared for throughout my short stay.

The team at Nuffield were very caring with my daughter. I'd highly recommend the hospital.
