The blood test was fine but the communication beforehand was poor. I received an email saying I shouldn't take my HRT before the test, which did not apply to me. So I missed my morning HRT needlessly. I also received 6 emails asking me to complete a survey, which I had already completed. I was then asked to complete it again on paper when visiting the clinic, despite them confirming they had received it online.
Everyone at the Health Hub is very friendly, I was made to feel very comfortable from my first visit and find Hazel very knowledgeable. It feels like the staff are listening to you and genuinely there to help make you feel the best you can. I would highly recommend the health hub to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

From the moment you walk in it does not feel like a clinic. You are treated like a human offered a drink and the receptionist has polite chit-chat with you. If feels very relaxed.
