Shagufta was polite and professional. Nadia was very approachable, considerate and took time to do a thorough history and examination. She explained my situation well, gave very helpful advice and a clear treatment plan- and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with her, and she was also very friendly, warm and empathetic. My only small criticism was that the waiting room was very quiet and the consult room not far away, so I could almost over hear the previous consultation, though made every effort to not listen. Some background music would help here.

As usual my visit to infinity Healthcare today was faultless.

Dr Bhal was professional, friendly and efficient, he kept me informed at all times and checked in on me during the treatment to ensure I was okay. I had my treatment on time, reception staff are friendly.

A lovely relaxing waiting area with classical music being played in the background. It was not made clear in the many emails and reminders which I received prior to my appointment, that my car should be parked right outside the clinic, so the receptionist asked me to phone my husband to move the car, as he had parked in the main car park. I had to ask the receptionist if I should sit down to wait. The consulting room was very compact. Mr Bhal explained everything to me very clearly and was gentle and professional.

I was able to make an appointment quickly, at a time that was convenient. I found the consultations very helpful.
