Thank you for seeing me so promptly and for your professionalism. Hopefully now you’ve lasered my tear it will not increase in size and I’ll have no further floaters in either eye. However if I do I’ll know who to contact and hope all laser machines are all working. I am Impressed by the cleanliness and general organisation of Epsom as well as St Anthony’s and Ashstead hospitals so will be happy to come to any of them on the future. Your medical secretary is also very thorough and efficient.

He is a highly skilled and experienced professional in whose advice and treatment I have always had absolute confidence. Recently, he performed cataract surgery on each of my eyes. I cannot recommend Mr Deshmukh, his colleagues and Moorfields Private Eye Hospital highly enough - the whole experience has been incredible and I am almost unable to believe the outcome - having had months of deteriorating vision while trying to get a proper diagnosis, once I attended Moorfields Private and met Mr Deshmukh I was reassured and confident that a resolution was possible. I had virtually lost the vision in one eye, and had impaired vision in the other, was unable to drive, to read and latterly to use a computer or see the television. Prior to these problems I had worn rigid contact lenses for 48 years. Following replacement lens treatment with EDOF lenses I am now able to see better than since my teenage years - I do not need glasses at all, thanks to Mr Deshmukh.

A clear and helpful consultation, with possible optional treatments explained carefully. I was also given ideas for temporary relief of the symptoms,until a more permanent option was organised by Mr Wagh.
