My experience as a patient of Mr. Arora was excellent, he was very attentive and explained exactly what I should expect during and post operation. He stayed involved throughout my recovery and was always there to offer advice to the team and support for me.

I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

I'm satisfied with the overall experience. It was easy to book the consultation and the doctor was on time and quickly assessed my case and gave me treatment that turned out to be super effective.

I cannot recommend Lucy enough. I had the Botox injection as treatment for RCPD, and Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and anxieties, and made me feel reassured. I am very grateful to have been treated by such a pleasant doctor. Thank you Lucy.

Very easy going and clear in his approach to my injections

Extremely happy with the treatment under Dr. Georgios Oikonomou. I first went to see the doc in Feb, 2023 and was very unwell due to inflamed sinus. Based on the various tests which were performed on me, Dr. Georgios was even able to diagnose a condition which I never thought I had and it was already at advanced stage. I had to undergo surgery to fix the issue and I am very grateful to Dr. Georgios that he performed the surgery successfully and ensured that post operative appointment was proactively booked. If any one is having issues related to ENT, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Georgios asap. He is the best ENT doctor I have met so far. His PA Alejandra is superb and does great job of ensuring appointments are booked at the earliest possibility. Regards, Payal
