An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

The London General Practice are a great team. Based on my experiences, they are terrific in communication, flexible in accommodating our needs; and their facilities are immaculate, as well as being very comfortable with (what I imagine are) state-of-the art resources/ equipment.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

It’s just a friendly and supportive environment

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. Great experience, wonderful staff and very supportive.

I have had a fantastic experience with the mental health services of the lovely Dr Sarkhel. I've undergone psychiatric treatment through therapy sessions and receiving an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Sarkhel was instrumental in ensuring I was comfortable, that I understood everything, and that I was happy and healthy. It was of great benefit to both myself and Dr Sarkhel that I brought along my school report - this helped to relate my symptoms to childhood. I feel lucky to have been diagnosed by such a caring doctor who is evidentially trying to help me as much as he can. The clinic atmosphere was great, very relaxed and a lot of seating. Additionally the location convenience was great being situated in Harley Street. Very clear and informative appointment scheduling and fast email replies. Between the psychiatric expertise of Dr Sarkhel, the treatment effectiveness, and the personalised care, I'm beyond happy with my experience. Thank you!
