Friendly people and excellent surgeon

The hospital was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and made sure my stay was as comfortable as could be. The meals weren’t as good as my stay in 2022 and they seemed to be aiming for food like a posh restaurant but have to say it wasn’t fitting for a hospital environment. Definitely need to go back to wholesome food!

Mr Bhal is calm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated his reassuring manner and he quickly put me at ease. Mr Bhal took my full medical history and the examination was professional and very gentle. I was given all the time I needed during the appointment. Mr Bhal explained everything thoroughly and also used a screen diagram to illustrate my condition. Finally outlining further investigations and my options going forward. My post clinic letter was very detailed and accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Bhal. An exceptional doctor.

Excellent in all departments from start to finish.

Upon arrival I had a lovely greeting & interaction with the receptionist , Amanda . My hygienist was Roxy , a class act with a delightful assistant . Following Roxy , I had my checkup with my dentist Alyn Humphreys , forever the professional . In : out less than 30 minutes , faultless .
