Excellent organization, every thing was done in kind and timely manner.

The staff and facilities at the Westminster Suite were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were responsive and efficient. Highly recommend.

The overall experience was great, from the day of my surgery to all the post-operative appointments. Roma was there for anything I needed on the day of my surgery, always with a smile and so much patience.

For my after-op appointments, I met Kate. She was incredibly lovely and kind, always offering reassuring words that helped me feel relaxed and comfortable.

I'd recommend Dr Ed wholeheartedly and so would my child.

I had a left tongue lesion that was providing lots of discomfort. I was very anxious on the day of my surgery but from the very first interaction with the nurses and surgeon, I felt much more relieved and less anxious. The surgeon was informative about surgery which happened very quick. Would deffo recommend this service to anyone.

For V Farrell, Working with you has honestly changed the way I see myself and my life. When I first started therapy, I struggled to recognise anything positive about who I am. Over time, you’ve gently helped me see my strengths, even when I couldn’t see them myself.

You’ve taught me that every challenge is a stepping stone, not a failure. Instead of feeling defeated when things go wrong, I’ve learned to pause, reflect, and get back up again. That shift in mindset has made such a difference to how I handle life’s ups and downs.

What I appreciate most is how you’ve helped me understand that I am enough as I am. I don’t need to be anyone else. I’m learning to feel proud of who I am, and that’s something I never thought I’d be able to say.
