I have visited Harley Street Hospital twice and had an excellent experience on both occasions. Everything was very well organised, the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and appointments ran on time. The level of care and professionalism throughout was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Harley Street Hospital to anyone seeking high-quality medical care.

Whenever I have an appointment it is an extremely pleasant experience.  As for the staff, My surgery was performed by Mr Amir Hamid is an incredible surgeon who puts you at ease and explains everything very clearly and concisely, he is very approachable which puts you at ease.  Then there is Eva and Celine who I came to know when they worked in Reception, very welcoming,, kind, charming , helpful and knowledgable as are Max and Theresa. There are also members of the team who have performed eye tests on me in advance of me seeing the ophthalmologist who  I don’t know the names of but are equally an asset to Optegra as is the lovely cleaner who keeps the clinic spotless and always has a lovely smile when you see her. They all make for an extremely pleasant and reassuring experience. Optegra is incredibly lucky to have these members of staff working for them . Thank you🙏🏻
