The gentleman carrying out the scan was very patient, I am very claustrophobic.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

All went well but there was a long wait time. Surgery was two and half hours after appointment time. However everyone was professional and the result very good.

From initial phone call to seeing my therapist took about a week, which is so quick. The wellbeing centre is easy to get to. All staff there are welcoming. My therapist is great, introduced themselves told me their background and what the plan of action was. Then listened, asked questions to get the full picture of My PTSD. They explained what PTSD was and how it manifests in terms I understood. We planned further sessions. Every session was calm, well planned and I felt listened to and understood. I had homework to do which I completed as I want to improve. Everything that my therapist has shown and discussed with me makes sense. I fully understand that my therapist gives me the tools to help myself. It is up to me to put everything I have been shown and given in place to make it work, which I am doing. I cannot thank my therapist enough as I feel better and have an understanding of what has been happening and how to deal with it, and I have the tools to help me with things in the future too. I will miss my sessions and my therapist and thank you for everything you have taught me. Take care all, thank you so much again.

Wonderful experience I get so nervous coming into the clinic and feeling overwhelmed but the staff are so lovely and friendly and make me feel comfortable coming each month.
