My stay at the priory was an incredibly positive one. It’s tough but the like skills gained are invaluable going forwards. The therapy team are incredibly strong, relatable and highly skilled. Every member of the staff from admissions and reception are incredibly helpful and the ward staff are simply amazing. I cannot speak too highly about the Priory staff. The food could have been a little better if I have one criticism.

The care and support I have received here is amazing . I always feel listened to and treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are vey friendly and are always never too busy to be there to assist me with any of my needs . The ward has a wonderful ,homely atmosphere and I think of it with great fondness always as my safe place. I can honestly say that Highlands has literally saved my life and given me the confidence and tools to move forward with my life ,which at times is extremely challenging. I had a positive experience with Nuffield health the staff was all friendly and welcoming and the hospital was always clean.

I came to Infinity for help with my drinking problem, and it has helped me achieve by far my longest period of sobriety ever. I started with the Day-Hab programme, which was incredibly informative, teaching me about the physical and psychological causes of addiction. I also picked up several tools for dealing with cravings, difficult emotions and triggers which help me stay sober to this day. The therapists on this course are knowledgeable, understanding and completely non-judgemental, and were very patient with me as I started my journey of sobriety. I continue to have sessions with Ian whose expertise in addiction is second to none. He is truly passionate about recovery and will go above and beyond to support your sobriety. He has persevered with me through very difficult times and picked me up after falls, guiding me through every step of life in recovery with empathy, wisdom and genuine compassion. I had tried and failed for years with different therapists and support groups, but this organisation has truly changed my life for the better. It’s no exaggeration to say that I am living a life beyond what I thought possible in recovery, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Infinity to anyone struggling with any form of addiction. Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed.
