Very polite and friendly. I wasn't completely certain about how long I would be off work for. I was told we wouldn't know until my foot was opened up to see what was wrong. Mr Dhinsa tried to talk to me about the surgery when I was in recovery, but I'm not sure that was the best place as I wasn't with it! I'd have preferred it if he could have come and seen me and my husband afterwards so I could understand what had happened. I also had questions about me recovery and would have liked that opportunity to ask him.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Palanisamy Ramesh due to a karate injury on my foot. He was amazing—super attentive, listened to all my concerns, and understood my urgency to return to training as soon as possible. His expertise was evident as he swiftly organized an MRI and a follow-up consultation on the same day, ensuring I received my recovery plan without delay. Dr. Ramesh’s diagnostic skills and proactive approach are truly remarkable. He is not only a great doctor but also exceptionally skilled and dedicated to his patients. I cannot thank him enough for the stellar support I received.

Dr Malagelada is extremely professional and knowledgeable but also very empathetic and caring. I was quite nervous and very much in pain before my first visit but he was very gentle with my foot, reassuring and clear about the action plan. All the follow up recommendations and diagnostics were dealt with very quickly, also thanks to his very friendly and efficient PA. Overall, I felt in great hands and I believe anyone would be lucky to have him as their doctor.

Absolutely amazing from bed side manner to him having understanding I was very nervous when having treatment Nikhil spoke to me reassured me explained every step of the way about what he was doing next. Nikhil has given me my life back, he listened to my concerns, before him I felt this was my life struggling to walk, falling on so many consultants deaf ears. Due to Nikhils expertese & precise professional knowledge I couldn't wish for more, yes this is ongoing but at least in-between treatments I can actually walk with little pain I have full confidence & trust in Nikhil. I was in agony before my operation but after operation it’s pain free.now able to walk and pain free and can up and down the stairs which I couldn’t do before surgery.

I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.
