The person I was at the start of therapy and the person I am now feel almost unrecognisable! I still have moments of anxiety, but thanks to Aisan's great explanations and a lot of personal growth I now know how to cope with these and my life is no longer ruled by it. I went from near housebound to confidently socialising in public spaces, something I don't think my old self would have believed at the time! In exploring this I was also able to address some issues I had taking proper care of myself, managing my stress levels, navigating the end of a long term relationship, coping with a sometimes difficult relationship with my family and processing the difficult loss of a friend. I am still healing, but I have so many tools to help me continue the progress now.

Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

Sarah-Jane is more than a therapist, she's your lifeline when life gets rough. Through the mess of a challenging divorce and my son's health struggles, she wasn't just there for me—she was my rock. Without her, I don't know if I could've made it through, let alone come out the other side stronger and wiser. Sarah-Jane's didn't just hear my words; she understood the emotions behind them, creating a safe space where I could unload my fears and hopes without judgment. She didn't just nod along; she truly invested herself in my well-being. Her advice wasn't the typical textbook stuff—it was tailored to me, nudging me toward insights I never would've found on my own. But most of all, Sarah-Jane believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. In those dark moments, she reminded me of my strength and resilience, guiding me through the storm with unwavering support. Thanks to her, I'm not the same person who walked into her office. I'm stronger, more self-aware, and grateful for the journey.

She is an exceptional listener and can handle anything you throw at her, as well as being a master at picking up little threads and patterns entangled in the unconscious mind that would have taken decades to even notice, let alone act upon. I could write a long essay on all the benefits and life lessons I enjoyed throughout my experience with her but I will keep this brief to not get people to suspect I was paid to write a review!
