Explanation

I've seen Mary-Anne for a total of five years. From beginning to end, I've felt supported, understood and what's most important, never judged. In the beginning, we set some goals and then worked through things in order to accomplish them. I'm extremely thankful to her as now I'm in a very good place, I reinvented myself and I'm living an amazing life. I feel ready to tackle anything that life throws to me thanks to all the tools and things I've learned through the sessions, exercises and little experiments I had as homework. Totally recommend her.

Explanation

Mary-Anne is an exceptional therapist that completely changed my way of thinking for the better. She unearthed things that were causing substantial anxiety and we worked through them together. Having never had any therapy before, I was nervous and unconvinced it was something that could help. I was completely wrong, and can't quite believe the difference that it made. I would highly recommend Mary-Anne to anyone.

Thank you for making me feel comfortable at once. It was a hard decision to come to see you but long overdue. During our time together I felt heard in a way that I haven’t ever experienced before and after a while I started to hear myself and understand much more about me. I honestly don’t feel like the same person who walked into your office and I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for helping me feel like I’m living again.
