I came to Dr Mistry with extremely bad anxiety and felt like I was completely losing control and all quality of life. Dr Mistry suggested going on diazepam which I was initially worried to do as I was so worried about becoming addicted. However, Dr Mistry eased my fears and it was the best decision I could have made. The diazepam brought down my anxiety levels extremely well and out of the terrified state I was in and made me feel normal again. Once it was time to start coming off the diazepam Dr Mistry suggested the amounts to decrease by but left it to me to decide; which reduced my anxiety about coming off it as I felt like I was in control. I came off it slowly but fairly steadily, with plateaus if I needed it. I am now completely off diazepam and I have experienced absolutely no withdrawal effects and no feelings of addiction at all. I am so grateful to Dr Mistry for helping me realise the diazepam was there to help me and I was at no risk of addiction, and for ultimately giving me my life back.

Susanna Unsworth's meno8 supplement has improved my quality of life. I started on the supplement before starting a low dose of HRT, as this can be taken alongside HRT. Unfortunately, I am not good taking medication and although the HRT helped a huge amount with my mental state, that had got progressively worse over the past 3 years, it caused some unwanted and adverse side-effects. However, I have ordered more and have been taking Meno8 now for around 2 months and it is has really helped to lesson the hot flushes and my mood has really improved. Those women that struggle to orgasm, fear not - HRT will heighten your sex drive and is sure to make it MUCH MUCH easier to have an orgasm, mark my words. However, I am feeling the same effect with the Meno8 as well. Please note - I am never good with medication, I am even allergic to Evening Primrose. I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery).
