I have been seeing Ms. Leyla Touma for a while now and she is absolutely amazing. I feel supported and comfortable with her and have seen amazing progress in just 9 sessions. I feel more resilient and overall so much better mentally. I am so glad that I got to be her client and I am grateful for her role in my mental health journey. The center accepts insurance which is very helpful. When I initially started I was with another therapist but we weren’t a good fit and when I switched to Ms. Leyla I felt her expertise and background were what I needed and it has truly been a transformative experience. From the reception to until pharmacy serves is worse, reception guy talking with me Hindi & as per him he thought i’m a Indian hence he have my Emirates ID then when i say i’m from srilanka both receptionist in the counter laughed really don’t know what was funny there. Then I moved to the another room lady was taking temperature she was measured my height then said wait, i was waiting then again she telling me to wait bit higher voice i told her I’m waiting here she telling come weight, she has talking something without knowingly she can ask that can you move to weighing area? Not just like wait.. spent more than 3 hours to overall until i get medicine, i believe that’s not every patience wants from your clinic. Kind reminder who ever coming to take medicine those people are not Indians only.

We had a very good experience from the time we walked in and out of the hospital when we brought on aged Dad who had very high BP. The staff were wery empathetic, attentive and reassuring. A special shout out to the nurse who checked his vitals soon after the registration. When she saw very high BP reading, she very calmly without causing any panic switched to a manual BP reading, which evidenced her expertise and the second reading did show a lower reading. This sort of calmed our Dad who was quite disturbed.

I was diagnosed with SSHL, and Dr. Assem was professional, straight to the point and supportive. His Intratympanic Steroid Injection was cold, painless and fast (totally different than the previous ones I took it from other doctor) Note: It's important to highlight that I started my SSHL journey with different well known hospital, and meeting Dr. Assem was not planned for. However, due to his professionalism and experience, I'm moving my follow ups with him now.

Had a horrid headache after my heart scan procedure in the morning. Later in the afternoon, a family member told me to drink as much water as possible after the procedure. None of the nurses told me this. I was told I will have a headache for 20 minutes! 2 nurses trued to find a suitable vein for the I.V. but only found one at my right wrist. It was so painful, I don't think I want a I.V. to be pokes into my wrist.
