The moment I saw Dr. Iza’s profile and learned that she is a strong VBAC advocate, I instantly knew she was the perfect doctor for me. From the very beginning, I fully trusted her because I knew she would always do what was best for me and my baby. During every visit, she never failed to explain the pros and cons of every request and delivery plan. She made sure I was well-informed and empowered to make the right decisions for my body and my pregnancy. This meant so much to me, especially since I was also a high-risk pregnancy. More than her credentials, Dr. Iza’s motto truly reflects who she is: “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” You can clearly feel this in every visit. She is passionate, supportive, and genuinely caring. Her aura is light and positive, and she always greets you with a warm smile that instantly puts you at ease. I also want to commend her nurse, Margaret, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She always kept me updated with my test results and consistently checked in on how I was doing, which made the entire experience even more reassuring. I gave birth to my baby girl on December 13, 2025. I went into labor without induction or epidural, and there was a moment when I almost gave up and requested an epidural. But I am so grateful for Dr. Iza’s words of encouragement. Knowing she was there guiding me through every painful contraction gave me the strength to keep going. Her calm presence and constant guidance helped me survive each contraction until my baby was finally in my arms. I would highly recommend Dr. Iza Roelle Maniego to any mama especially those considering VBAC who is looking for a doctor who truly listens, explains, supports, and believes in you. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing nurses at Prime Hospital who took care of me during labor and delivery. This experience will forever stay in my heart. Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience my son and I had during our visit to Prime Medical last night. Upon arrival, we were waiting for more than 20 minutes for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure and other preliminary details. During this time, I was seated in the waiting area with my son. I observed the nursing staff engaged in personal conversations among themselves, while patients continued to wait. What was most concerning was that a family who arrived after us was allowed to enter directly before us. One of the nurses clearly saw that I had arrived earlier and was waiting for my turn, yet no action was taken. As a frequent patient of Prime Medical, I did not expect such rude and unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I tried to enter Dr. Geetika’s room when my turn should have come. However, a lady nurse stopped us very rudely and allowed another family to enter, stating they had an appointment. This entire situation was handled without proper communication or courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my child. The only positive aspect of this visit, as always, was the behavior of Dr. Om Prakash. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and the care he provides. He consistently treats patients with respect and prescribes medication appropriately based on the health condition. His conduct reflects the standard of care I expect from Prime Medical. I humbly request the management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the nursing staff, so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec le Dr Nourallah Kaddoura suite à l’opération LASIK de mon fils Mathys, 18 ans. La première tentative n’a malheureusement pas abouti car la machine ne parvenait pas à atteindre correctement son œil, ce qui est un cas extrêmement rare. Cependant, je tiens à souligner le grand professionnalisme du Dr Kaddoura : il a essayé plusieurs fois sans jamais s’acharner, et a préféré tout arrêter plutôt que de prendre le moindre risque. C’est une attitude rare et extrêmement rassurante. Il nous a ensuite donné rendez-vous une semaine plus tard, après avoir consulté toute son équipe afin de trouver une solution. Le technicien de la machine était présent pour effectuer des réglages spécifiques pour Mathys, et ce, le jour de la fête nationale. L’opération a été un succès. Ce niveau d’implication est tout simplement remarquable. Le Dr Kaddoura est un médecin très professionnel, humain et profondément investi. Il prend le temps d’expliquer, de rassurer, et inspire une grande confiance. On sent qu’il met réellement la sécurité et le bien-être de ses patients en priorité. Mathys est tellement heureux d’avoir fait cette opération. Il portait des lunettes depuis l’âge de 5 ans, avec une forte correction sur chaque œil, et ce changement a littéralement transformé son quotidien. Je recommande le Dr Kaddoura sans la moindre hésitation. Un immense merci à lui !

The doctor was polite and professional during the consultation. However, despite presenting with severe lower back and pelvic pain, abnormal menstrual bleeding pattern, and recent fever and dizziness, the symptoms were described as ‘nothing unusual’. An abdominal scan was advised, but the process involved significant delays due to approval timelines and the doctor’s unavailability, with follow-up suggested after many days. Given the level of pain and symptoms, clearer guidance, urgency, or an interim management plan would have been reassuring. While I understand the need to assess sexual history for medical reasons, the way questions were asked felt personal rather than clinical. Being asked about having a boyfriend and virginity, and feeling as though my responses were doubted, was uncomfortable and stressful during an already painful consultation. A more neutral, respectful, and clinically framed approach would have helped maintain trust and comfort as a patient. I believe better communication regarding symptom severity and faster diagnostic coordination would improve patient experience.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Parul Dixit for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I met her, I was struck by how polite and professional she is. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The experience of being seen was seamless and efficient. Dr Dixit recently removed cysts from my hand and pubic bone, and I was truly impressed by her surgical skills—especially how expertly she stitched up my hand afterwards. The best doctor in my surgery this isnt my first surgery i had one in my other finger with another doctor but this doctor made the surgery go very smoothly after a little long short period while I could actually bend my fingers unlike the other doctor I couldn’t very easily. After seeing the blood test results , doctor informed its mild infection whereas my son developed fever and ear pain. Cough increased. When I call the doctor through call center, Doctor informed me directly that he will prescribe Anti biotic since the fever and ear pain persists. But he didn't prescribe and I was not informed also. One day before only Doctor should have prescribed Anti biotic. We visited another doctor and got it. And my son couldn't attend school for 4 days and he was crying over ear pain. That gave us trouble.

The staff didnt guide us properly regarding the vaccination procedure. We had to meet many persons. Finally cashier told us the its not covered under insurance. I called my insurance helpline, they said they never received any request from prime. Finally after lot of wait time got the vaccination. The process and procedure for vaccination ( with insurance approval) needs to be improved.
