Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

I was referred to Dr. Usha for futher consultation after receiving the result of my ultrasound. When I met her, she clearly explained to me that I need to undergo a minor surgery and the procedure is called Hysterescopic D&C Polypectomy to remove the polyps. She assured me that the surgery is safe and it only takes 15mins to remove it. She also told me that I will be given a general anaesthesia and I will be asleep during the procedure. Just one thing about the prescriptions, it wasn’t discuss to me by the doctor that he will give me a 2months medication for my eyes. So since the waiting time with the insurance approval was really long, I have no choice but to take it and paid 100aed. Cuz I ask the pharmacist if he can reduce that medication because it’s a lot. He said then again it will take time. It’s just unnecessary 2months of medication!
