Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

I had a C-section with Dr. Moradi. My water broke during the night, and I went to the labor room, where she examined me and explained that both a natural delivery and a C-section were possible. I chose to proceed with the surgery. It was my first time meeting her, but she explained everything clearly and made me feel calm and reassured. She is very professional and experienced. The operation went well, and I felt good afterward. My recovery was smooth as well.

All staff are very friendly and professional. Doctors are VERY busy and my doctor spared max 7 mins for me, she didn’t tell me anything-what to do or not to do- unless I’ve asked. Noone asked about my other conditions or if i am using any medicine etc. She said she would call me the same day after my blood test and xray results and noone called me. I’ve called the day after only finding out that the doctor is off.

I received great customer service from the reception, cashier, nurse and the doctor & they did a great job in making me feel great as I was sick. As it has always been the case with any Prime Branch. However to my surprise when I went to receive my sick leave, I did not expect the tone of the staff on the desk there to be discourteous. She was on her phone and the tone of her voice was very unprofessional.

This was my second visit in two years and this time I must say it was very different. Since mammography is not an easy process to handle for me, I was so happy to see such a kind technician. She made me comfortable and took the process very slow making sure I am ok. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name, she sounded South African.. I would like to thank her very very much for how she made me feel.

Visited Dr Natalia Spierings for the first time today and immediately felt comfortable and safe speaking with her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing and clearly very experienced. I left feeling reassured, supported, and confident that the treatment she prescribed will work.
