The Best Doctor in Dubai......Dr. Usha Kiran Talakere Assalamu Alaikum I am Tamkanath A. from Hyderabad, Telangana, A resident of dubai since 15 years Alhamdulillah, And because I have hypothyroid n fibroids, I regularly visit prime medical centre, Deira. Loads of Thanks to my family doc Dr. Vinod kumar sir and Dr. Christina Fernandez mam for insisting me to meet n consult this angel on earth Dr. USHA KIRAN Mam. I am blessed to meet her Alhamdulillah. Inspite of being a beauty with brains Ma sha Allah, Dr. Usha is sooo kind n humble to speak with. Never in my life i have met a female doctor who is sooo down to earth with her patients. I was having multiple fibroids for which many gynaecs have advised for a surgery, for which i was not at all ready. But I wanted to consult Dr. Usha mam to discuss my case. After waiting for 2 long years for the appointment, luckily got it on Oct 12th. I still remember her sweet gesture as she offered me a tissue paper when tears flowed down while sharing all the traumas n problems I have been through. Then She made me understand the need n importance of the surgery and also the complications if i delay it evenmore. I was very much satisfied by her counselling n decided to go for an open myomectomy which was done on 19th November 2025, to my shock MRI reports showed only 6 to 8 fibroids but Dr. Usha mam removed 20 fibroids from my uterus. I was elated to meet her next day with the same smiling face.Its exactly a week today Alhamdulillah Now I am recovering well, feeling much better each day passing by. Those having any of the gynaec problems especially of uterine fibroids, cycst, polyps should definitely consult her. I strongly believe she is the best doctor i have ever met in my life. Infact The top best doctor and a beautiful human being residing in Dubai UAE giving her best services to all the nationalities. I am happy being an Indian she is making our country proud not only in Dubai,UAE but all over the world. The waiting time is long. The staff will not share the details of your temperature and BP if the patient did not ask for it. I receive notification that e-prescription is ready but I have not yet seen the doctor for the consultation and diagnosis. The billing will not be sent to your email if you have not requested for it. I went to Prime to see the doctor as I have colds, cough, head ache & look likes flu symptoms but the prescriptions include drugs for hypertension and uric (I have informed the doctor that I still have medicine as I just received my 90 days medicine last October 7, 2025). The previous drug for uric is 40 mg Febuday brand and it was change now to 80 mg Adenuric brand. There is no explanation or laboratory basis for the changes of the mg as it was not part of the consultation. I have noticed on the sick leave certificate that the diagnosis are acute sinusitis, unspecified gout, unspecified hyperlipidemia and unspecified (E78.5) which were not discussed in the consultation. And it will take long time to wait again in order to discuss this with the doctor as there are patient inside the room. .i don’t really questions doctor diagnosis but at least this must be informed to the patient particularly if these will be written on the sick leave certificate.

Miss reya or rea , the assistant of doctor basil (dentist) was very unprofessional and gave us nothing but an attitude. This woman should not be in the field as she was portraying BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENTS! They made my husband look pathetic and we were just asking HOW WAS THE WHOLE PROCESS for THE APPROVAL THAT SHE KEPT TELLING US! So i called my medical benefits and explained everything to them (that she didnt even know the details) & she just kept telling me nonsense things! After paying the co payment for the insurance, SHE TOLD US TO WAIT 2-3HRS and its 8:30PM in the evening and she didnt tell any of these when we talked on the phone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been told that it was a direct billing and i understand they mustve misunderstood the policy, i didnt have any problem with paying but being so ridiculously rude is unacceptable! Not to mention while she was talking to me SHE WAS FROWNING AND DOESNT SEEM LIKE SHE'S INTERESTED WITH OUR INQUIRY. INDEED A VERY BAD EXPRIENCE!

I had a waiting time of 1 hour 40 minutes which wasnt informed prior from the reception counter at the time of token collection.I understand waiting time of walk in patients cant be determined at the beginning but they even didnt inform am a walk in patient because i approached the counter assuming i made my appointment through online which didnt happen for some reason..they didnt inform me at all i dont have an online appointment at the first place and only informed am a walk in patient after an hour when i re approached the counter..am agreeing to the fact that online appointments should be considered first but at the same time some balance to walk in patients could be considered..Myself & my family used to be a regular customers of this warqa center but never coming back again because of this horrible experience.

I had to wait, with a full bladder, over 30 mins for my appointment to start. Then the technician had some issues with the computer and the images, all while I still had a full bladder. It was extremely uncomfortable. I then had to wait for a doctor to review the images, but they were busy in other appointments. The whole appointment took almost 2 hours, for what normally is a 30 minutes of this scan.
