My overall experience at the hospital was excellent and I rated it 5/5. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and highly accommodating. I genuinely felt that there was a lot of care and attention given to my well-being, and the team made a strong effort to ensure that my visit was comfortable and positive. As constructive feedback to further enhance the patient experience, I noticed that the staff sometimes appeared slightly less organized compared to other hospitals I have visited. There were moments when employees were having side conversations among themselves, sometimes a bit loudly, which created the impression that internal coordination could be improved. I want to emphasize that this is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion that may help elevate the overall patient experience and the professional impression patients receive during their visit. With the level of kindness and care already demonstrated by the staff, improving organization and minimizing side conversations in patient areas could make the experience even more outstanding. Overall, I truly appreciate the friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication shown by the team, and I would still highly recommend the hospital based on the quality of care and the positive atmosphere.

I went to see Dr Sarah at My london skin clinic because i was struggling with sleep apnea, snoring and chronic fatigue. From the very first consultation, Dr Sarah took the time to tell me everything about airway health and how this affects sleep and overall wellbeing. The clinic is beautiful and spacious, and the staff are incredibly kind. Dr Sarah performed a full evaluation including scans and airway assessment before starting my treatment with the Vivos appliance. The process involved gradually improving my airway and jaw position using the appliance, along with regular follow ups to monitor progress. Over time i noticed huge improvements in my breathing such as my snoring reduced and my sleep quality improved dramatically. I wake up feeling rested for the first time in years. Im so grateful to Dr Sarah and the whole team at My london skin clinic for such a life-changing treatment.

زرت المستشفى يوم الأحد الساعة 1:30 تقريباً. الاستقبال كان جيد والتنظيم مع الطبيب كان سريعاً وكل شيء سار بشكل جيد. المشكلة الوحيدة كانت في الصيدلية حيث يوجد تأخير وزحمة بسبب إجراءات التأمين، مما يجعل وقت الانتظار طويلاً. أتمنى من الإدارة إيجاد حل لتنظيم موضوع التأمين في الصيدلية لتقليل الازدحام وتحسين تجربة المرضى I visited the hospital on Sunday around 1:30 PM. The reception was good and the process with the doctor was smooth and quick. However, there was a long delay at the pharmacy due to insurance processing and the crowd. I hope the management can improve the insurance process at the pharmacy to reduce waiting time and improve the patient experience.

I have a very good experience at SkinIII for my IV drip and Mounjaro treatment. The clinic is very neat, well-maintained, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to the nurse handling my sessions, Roshini. She is very professional, gentle, and makes the whole process smooth and comfortable. She also explains things well and makes sure you feel at ease during the treatment. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and accommodating, which makes every visit pleasant. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend SkinIII to anyone looking for quality treatments and excellent care.

Her kind attitude and the way she communicates are the main reasons I will keep coming back to this center. I highly recommend Dr. Amira — she is exceptional.

The receptionist was lost she didn’t inform me that it’s my turn to attend the doctor , I had to ask her . Secondly while my checkup was done and she had to guide to the cashier she provided me wrong token and I had to come to her again and ask for the correct one . This was the first time in so many years I had such a weird experience from the reception staff , completely irresponsible and dissatisfying treatment with a patient.

I adore Dr Neda! I came in fearing the worst. My tooth was so painful I thought I needed a root canal. She tested the tooth. And xrayed it. Finding a simple (but significant) pocket that she treated. She also helped me to understand what caused it. Wearing a very old retainer at night. She then fitted me for a new night guard. Pain disappeared within 10 days or so. HIGHLY recommend her. And this practice!
