Once we reached the clinic, we took a token and waited for 30 minutes. During that time, we noticed that four reception staff members were busy doing nothing. They were just giving instructions to whoever came to the reception. Meanwhile, patients who arrived after us were being registered before us. I also saw my doctor walking freely in the corridor, which made me realize that there was no proper use of the token system. So, I went to the reception and noticed a signing tablet kept there. I thought it was for customer feedback, so I started checking it. At that moment, the receptionist asked if I needed any help. I explained that I had come 32 minutes earlier and had been waiting for our token number to be called for registration. He immediately registered us and sent us to the doctor. When I met the doctor, I asked if she had been busy, and she confirmed that she didn’t have any patients and had just been walking in the corridor. This clearly shows that we wasted 32 minutes waiting unnecessarily for our token number to be announced. The reception team should be properly trained to follow the SOPs and the job description of a receptionist. I have been a prime customer for the past 16 years, and such an experience makes me reconsider my choice of healthcare provider. زرت الدكتورة مع بنتي عمرها ٢٠ سنة لفحص الهرمونات اول نقطة و اللي انا جربتها سابقا مع هذه الدكتورة انها لاتقبل عمل اي فحص زيادة و تطلب منا زيارة طبيبة اخرى من دافع تبادل المرضى و اللي اعتقد هو ممتاز بالنسبة الكم تشجعون الدكاترة على المبدأ فلهذا ممكن تحصل على ترقية بدل ما تكون ضدها الشكوى معروف المبدأ التجاري لكل المراكز الطبية مما كلفني زيارة طبيبة اخرى لفحص واحد بسيط و سابقا انا نفسي مراجعة عندها و ايضا طلبت مني زيارة طبيب اخر في المركز الظاهر الدكتورة حاسة نفسها في حارة و تتبادل الزوار المرضى الفحص تبين انه عند بنتي نقص استروجين و سالت الدكتورة عن موعد المناسب لفحص الهرمونات صباحا ام مساء ردت انه ما بيأثر وصفت الدكتورة دواء استروجين للبنت اضطريت الذهاب تاى مشفى اخر للتأكد من الفحص الدكتورة في المشفى الاخر اكدت على ضرورة عمل الفحص في الصباح الباكر و طلبت كل الفحوصات دون الحاجة الى تحويل دكتور اخر و بدون اي موافقات من التأمين دلالة على غش من قبل التجربة السابقة في برايم مديكال الفحصفي المشفى الثاني طلع كل النتائج سليمة لو كنا مشينا على كلام ميساء امام لكان بنتي تاخذ دواء استروجين و اللي هو حتى الجاهل يعرف انه يعرض الشخص الى سرطانات في المستقبل لو كانت محترفة في مهنتها ل كان بالقليل طلبت اعادة الفحص الشهر القادم للتاكد و لكن هنا يأتي دور الدكتور الفاهم اللي عنده ضمير

I was informed that the results would be sent to me by email within 2 hours; however, it has now been more than 3 hours, and I haven’t received them yet. I have contacted your customer service several times — the first call was disconnected, the second agent said they would check with the clinic and call me back (which didn’t happen), and during the third call, I was informed the results would be sent “as soon as possible,” but no specific time was provided. We recently visited prime medical Al Qasimiya clinic, first with the GP and then with the gynecologist. Unfortunately, during the gynecologist consultation, our questions were not addressed, which left us worried, still have concerns that remain unanswered. Additionally, the support staff is quite slow, particularly the person handling cash and the ones registering patient EIDs. This caused unnecessary delays in the overall process. We would appreciate it if more attention could be given to ensuring that doctors address patient concerns fully and that support staff are more efficient in managing registrations and payments.

We arrived at the clinic by car, and the underground parking for clients was very convenient. We were greeted at reception by pleasant and polite staff, who offered us coffee and water. Since we arrived a little early, we had to wait for the doctor to be available. It's good that the clinic has a separate waiting area for visitors with children. The renovations are pleasant and modern, the rooms are bright, and the music is soft. We liked everything. I'd also like to point out that all the staff speaks Russian as well as English, eliminating any potential misunderstandings.
