I was in the specialty section today, reception was very good, it's a good practice to have a person attending all visitors and guiding them, the receptionist was fast, the nurse who attended me was very welcoming and understanding and polite, the doctor consultation was smooth and practical, he took his time to understand what happened with me, definitely i will come to the speciality section any time. There was no warm friendly atmosphere. The Center was not busy but in spite of that the staff did not feel they needed to be welcoming. When you come to a place that is not busy, you expect to be attended to on time as per your appointment, not few minutes later!
