My overall experience at the hospital was good. The doctors explained my condition clearly and monitored me closely after my C-section, especially when I developed high blood pressure postpartum. The nurses were supportive and responsive when I needed help.Waiting times could improve, but I felt safe and well cared for. I would recommend this hospital to other mothers, especially those with pregnancy complications. But would like the nurses team to always try to stop the timer after the drip is finished.This is because after my c section, when the drip is finish and i call them to come and remove it, they would respond quickly but after each 2 Minutes it keeps making the same sound and interrupting my sleep and that of my baby, but when I call second time they would take a longtime to respond thus my resting after delivery wasn't the best.I would recommend to always remove the timer after the drip is finished. Some communications gaps could also be improved for example when Dr Naval had emergency, I was called to cancel my appointment,and was told when ever another doctor is available they would called me to book another appointment but I didn't get any. So I had to reach out my lovely doctor Saumya to refer me to another specialist. My OB doctor Saumya provided excellent care. She was attentive, professional, and explained every step of my treatment clearly. I felt well monitored and supported, especially during my postpartum complications. Her assistant was polite, caring, and very helpful during visits. The teamwork between them was impressive, and I felt confident in the care I received.

I went to the clinic Wednesday night after work as I was having trouble breathing, colds, headaches and had some chest pain that day and numbness on the gums. Doctor did some tests but before the results even arrived he said probably iron deficiency and B12 deficiency. Something about gastrtitis and allergies. He prescribed meds for gastritis, allergies, and then paracetamol. Told me to come back Friday to discuss test results since he’s not working on Thursday. Thursday morning, I woke up worse than the day before and had to take a sick leave. Thursday was when the results came but still no diagnosis from the doctor. I came back Friday as he asked. He said iron deficiency hence the iron supplements and also mild bronchitis but no need for antibiotics just cough syrup. When I asked for a sick leave certificate he said he can’t give one for Thursday, only Friday. Does that make sense?! He knew I was sick Wednesday night. That’s when I did the tests. He can confirm I’m still ill Friday. What do you think I was doing Thursday?!? Pilates?!? Of course, I was sick then! And he’s the one that told me not to come Thursday. Not even the end of it. He also did not discuss anything about the gastritis or the B12 deficiency he mentioned. No explanation. Worse still, the sick leave certificate that I had to pay AED 80 for does not mention the mild anemia and mild bronchitis even though he has prescription for them! The sick certificate only says common cold and cough! Ridiculous. And when I brought this up to nurse and reception— no help whatsoever.

This is the second time I’ve undergone a dental procedure with Dr. Sanjay, and without hesitation, I can say he is the best dentist I’ve had in the UAE. I’ve been working here for over a decade, and for most of that time, I avoided dental procedures altogether because of several bad experiences in the past. Dr Anil Kumar ( endocrinologist ) is the best doctor and my favorite doctor in UAE He diagnose the issue and treat immediately I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues, and they have not been disappointed either so far he is indeed one of the greatest and most professional doctors PRIME has ever had.. My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

I’ve had an amazing experience with dr shouku. He’s very committed to his work, which is clearly visible in the service provided. Dr. Shouku is the only person I would blindly trust with my teeth. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the clinic and Dr. Shouku. I plan on getting Invisalign done by him and so far I’ve had my Invisalign consultation, where I was shown what my teeth would realistically look like after the procedure using the itero machine. He customized the results to make it my dream smile and to make my dream a reality.

Dr. Denisse is a well-rounded professional doctor. He discussed matters with my health and laboratory results very well, in such a level that I am fully understand it. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.
