I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. She performed my myomectomy surgery, which lasted nearly 4 hours and was quite complex due to my multiple previous C-section pregnancies. Despite the challenges, she managed to save my uterus and remove only the fibroids. Her expertise and calm approach gave me so much confidence. Dr. Usha Kiran is extremely kind, patient, and supportive. She explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure I understood everything, which really helped ease my anxiety. I don’t where to start. Been here a couple of times and from my experience been really good with all support staff from, chemotherapy dept, especially not forget Ms Eidth, who was kind and supportive and explained the process clearly. They make sure to calm the patient. My doctor Mr.Alawi is also been very knowledgeable and clarifying all queries and been through my journey of treatment. All nurses including head nurse and Anisha , was very careful while inserting canula and handling patients. Every staff make sure to comfort the patient and take genuine good care of them. I would surely recommend this place to all who wish to undergo chemotherapy in Dubai. I thank team for their dedication and kindness.

I went there to do the next checkup after taking all the medicines, before I came I have asked if it is okay to change the doctor since my previous doctor is on leave so they gave another but that new one is not clear with everything she just wasted my time going and paying the fees. This was the worst clinic visit I’ve ever had prime Mizhr. I arrived on time and waited more than 30 minutes just to see the doctor. What made it even worse was that another patient who registered after me was allowed to enter and see the doctor before me. I spoke to the nurse, and she confirmed that I was supposed to be seen first, but said the other patient had an appointment. However, that patient went to speak with the receptionist, and after that she was allowed in before me. This situation was unfair and very unprofessional. Waiting times and appointment order should be respected

Priority should be given to patients with scheduled appointments. The cashier area should function strictly as a cashier counter only, not as an additional processing or triage point. When patients—especially those who are already sick—are kept waiting longer than necessary, it increases their risk of exposure and puts everyone in the facility at higher risk. Streamlining patient flow will help reduce congestion, improve safety, and ensure faster service for those who need care.

CT Angiogram: Dr Ramy is great! calm and explains everything and his report is very high quality. Dexa scan body fat analysis: poor experience: the machine and output is great. but the written report is very low quakity. it says BMI and whether over weight or underweight, etc. well i can tell that using bathroom scale. i don’t need a. dexa scan for that. Dexa can tell fat free mass index and apendicuksr mass index and visceral fat and t score for BMD. none of that is discussed.
