I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at Prime Medical. My overall experience with the doctors and hospital services has been very good. I have been visiting Prime Medical for the past 10 years, and I truly appreciate the quality of medical care provided. This feedback is not a complaint about the pharmacy staff, who I believe are doing their best. However, over the past one year, I have noticed a significant issue with the pharmacy services, especially during peak hours. The waiting time has become much longer than expected, often exceeding one hour. This is very difficult and exhausting for patients, particularly those who are already unwell and do not have the energy to wait for such long periods. I am sharing this feedback not only for myself but also to help improve the experience for other patients. I kindly request the management to consider increasing pharmacy resources or support during peak hours to reduce waiting time and improve patient comfort. Thank you for your attention and continued commitment to patient care.

I would like mentioned Jonalyn Isidro name who was at the reception and was super professional and helped me to see the doctor . I have called over the phone today at 2:41 pm and it was told to me that doctor slot is available however my insurance not covered. When I check with insurance , it was covered . I went to the reef mall branch and I discovered that my insurance is covered however there is no slot for me to see the doctor. There is only option for walk-in . When I complained and Jonalyn Isidro found out that it was the customer care ( call center ) mistake. She politely given me a solution to come at 5 pm and she will do her best to assist me to see the doctor as I have severe migraine. I really appreciate this kind of professional approach by her and assist me . Doctor also was very helpful, and assisted me in a best way possible . I will be coming for the further medical assistance after the insurance approval and test for tomorrow Thanks Jonalyn Isidro !!!

While the staff were helpful and professional, my experience with the GP, Dr. Nilesh Trivedi, was disappointing. This is the second time I have had a similar experience with him. He appeared disinterested and unengaged, and his responses were vague and very close ended. I repeatedly had to ask the same questions to get any clarity, which left me feeling confused and unheard rather than reassured. As a patient, I expect clear communication and attentiveness, especially during a medical consultation. Unfortunately, this was lacking, and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I wanted to share this feedback honestly, as it has now happened more than once.

Dr. Maria Sagun is my Physician for at least 5 years and during this period she has consistent shown true and sincere care to her patient. Her support staff have also consistently shown patient care and very accommodative. My emergency case (severe or acute allergy due to food allergy) yesterday provides as one of the strong dedication and passion of Dr. Maria Sagun on helping and ensuring her patient received an utmost care and appropriate medical steps. The doctors who assisted me during my surgery were very professional. From the beginning up to now, I feel like they treated me as part of their family, not just as a patient. Went for a checkup - determined I needed a root canal. Dr advised she will submit for approval and refer to another branch. 3 days later I called to follow up as I received confirmation of an approval. She booked for oasis branch but no submission for the root canal was done , only x ray. Oasis now wants a new consult and new submission. A complete waste of time . I’ve requested for my x rays to use a more efficient establishment.

The staff didnt guide us properly regarding the vaccination procedure. We had to meet many persons. Finally cashier told us the its not covered under insurance. I called my insurance helpline, they said they never received any request from prime. Finally after lot of wait time got the vaccination. The process and procedure for vaccination ( with insurance approval) needs to be improved.
