I had a very disappointing experience with Saudi German Hospital – Sharjah, especially with the insurance department and administrative staff. This is actually the second time I face serious issues here. The first incident happened in December where we experienced long delays, incorrect charges, and poor coordination between departments. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again recently. My pregnant wife’s doctor requested an urgent ultrasound and clearly told us it should be done the next day. The hospital submitted the insurance request on March 4, and it was approved by the insurance company on March 5. However, despite the approval, no one from the hospital contacted us to schedule the examination. I tried calling the hospital call center many times for more than 24 hours, and no one from the insurance department answered. Customer service promised twice that someone would call me back, but nobody did. This level of poor communication, lack of responsibility, and administrative negligence is extremely frustrating—especially when dealing with a pregnant patient and urgent medical tests. The only reason we still come to this hospital is the doctor, not the hospital administration. Unfortunately, the staff—particularly in the insurance department—do not seem organized or responsive. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they handle patients and insurance processes.

I have been to Many clinics/ hospital because of my migraine for the past 2 years now. This was my first time in prime and I had absolutely the best service! Let's start with the receptionist, though a bit slow as I understand maybe it was because of registration and insurance application,I still had a wonderful service from them including the billing philipino staff. Let's talk about nurses as well. I am a nurse myself and the care the one that took my vitals was amazing! Now let's go to the doctor who saw me,the GP Dr. Zaynab. Absolutely a mother! I felt relieved and open to share with her my migraine journey and she recommended a second opinion and even booked me an appointment with neurologist ASAP! Most rooms that I have walked in,doctors usually don't take it seriously and because of their coldness,I usually don't have the courage to explain how bad is my situation. Am so glad for the total service and the fact that the clinic is 5 minutes walk away from my home. Not to forget about the pharmacy, within 5-10 minutes I was already with my meds unlike my previous visit to other clinics where my prescription took 24+ hours plus to be approved and delivered. Thank you prime and thank you Dr. Zaynab!!!

I visited Dr. Mohammed Saeed, and of course this was not my first visit. As usual, the nurse was very unprofessional. The doctor clearly instructed her to send the request to the insurance company urgently so that I could receive approval as soon as possible. Unfortunately, until today she has not sent it. For your information, I have the insurance application, and I can easily check whether a submission has been made or not, and there has been no submission at all. This is also not the first time I have complained about her. She is extremely negligent, uncooperative, and often fails to send required requests, which causes unnecessary delays. In fact, this has already caused delays in my case. Her behavior and poor attitude make patients reluctant to visit the doctor again because of the way she treats them. Therefore, I believe action should be taken regarding this issue, otherwise I will have to escalate the matter to the Ministry of Health.

I was very disappointed with the behaviour of Dr. Sandbar Sathar, I am a very sensitive patient and I have been visiting Prime medical center Reef mall since 15 years .I consulted Dr. Vinod Kumar [ internal medicine] Dr. Chetan [Orthopedic doctor] Dr. Anil Singh [ Cardiology],DR Nooruddin[ Dentist].. I had consulted Dr Sonobar Satar as I had bad cold and I was feeling very weak ,and Dr. Vinod was not available ,Dr Sanobar was very unprofessional in her dealing I was very upset, I take many medication s s I have many sicknesses, 😢 she rudely said to to me u are taking many medication s .I asked her if Ican take numbilisation s Imy throat was itchy prevoius day too I had consulted her she had told to continue same medication, but my condition not improved, I don't recommend any one to consult such unprofessional doctor.......first time had a very bad experience in prime medical center Deira Reef mall.
