Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience my son and I had during our visit to Prime Medical last night. Upon arrival, we were waiting for more than 20 minutes for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure and other preliminary details. During this time, I was seated in the waiting area with my son. I observed the nursing staff engaged in personal conversations among themselves, while patients continued to wait. What was most concerning was that a family who arrived after us was allowed to enter directly before us. One of the nurses clearly saw that I had arrived earlier and was waiting for my turn, yet no action was taken. As a frequent patient of Prime Medical, I did not expect such rude and unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I tried to enter Dr. Geetika’s room when my turn should have come. However, a lady nurse stopped us very rudely and allowed another family to enter, stating they had an appointment. This entire situation was handled without proper communication or courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my child. The only positive aspect of this visit, as always, was the behavior of Dr. Om Prakash. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and the care he provides. He consistently treats patients with respect and prescribes medication appropriately based on the health condition. His conduct reflects the standard of care I expect from Prime Medical. I humbly request the management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the nursing staff, so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec le Dr Nourallah Kaddoura suite à l’opération LASIK de mon fils Mathys, 18 ans. La première tentative n’a malheureusement pas abouti car la machine ne parvenait pas à atteindre correctement son œil, ce qui est un cas extrêmement rare. Cependant, je tiens à souligner le grand professionnalisme du Dr Kaddoura : il a essayé plusieurs fois sans jamais s’acharner, et a préféré tout arrêter plutôt que de prendre le moindre risque. C’est une attitude rare et extrêmement rassurante. Il nous a ensuite donné rendez-vous une semaine plus tard, après avoir consulté toute son équipe afin de trouver une solution. Le technicien de la machine était présent pour effectuer des réglages spécifiques pour Mathys, et ce, le jour de la fête nationale. L’opération a été un succès. Ce niveau d’implication est tout simplement remarquable. Le Dr Kaddoura est un médecin très professionnel, humain et profondément investi. Il prend le temps d’expliquer, de rassurer, et inspire une grande confiance. On sent qu’il met réellement la sécurité et le bien-être de ses patients en priorité. Mathys est tellement heureux d’avoir fait cette opération. Il portait des lunettes depuis l’âge de 5 ans, avec une forte correction sur chaque œil, et ce changement a littéralement transformé son quotidien. Je recommande le Dr Kaddoura sans la moindre hésitation. Un immense merci à lui !

The doctor was polite and professional during the consultation. However, despite presenting with severe lower back and pelvic pain, abnormal menstrual bleeding pattern, and recent fever and dizziness, the symptoms were described as ‘nothing unusual’. An abdominal scan was advised, but the process involved significant delays due to approval timelines and the doctor’s unavailability, with follow-up suggested after many days. Given the level of pain and symptoms, clearer guidance, urgency, or an interim management plan would have been reassuring. While I understand the need to assess sexual history for medical reasons, the way questions were asked felt personal rather than clinical. Being asked about having a boyfriend and virginity, and feeling as though my responses were doubted, was uncomfortable and stressful during an already painful consultation. A more neutral, respectful, and clinically framed approach would have helped maintain trust and comfort as a patient. I believe better communication regarding symptom severity and faster diagnostic coordination would improve patient experience.

Went for a checkup - determined I needed a root canal. Dr advised she will submit for approval and refer to another branch. 3 days later I called to follow up as I received confirmation of an approval. She booked for oasis branch but no submission for the root canal was done , only x ray. Oasis now wants a new consult and new submission. A complete waste of time . I’ve requested for my x rays to use a more efficient establishment.
