For years i was embarassed to smile. I had missing teeth, old dental work that kept breaking, and chewing had become difficult. I finally decided to do something about it and immediately contacted Dr. Sarah after searching for a dentist experienced in dental implants, crowns, veneers and surgery. From the first appointment, Dr. Sarah made me feel so comfortable. She took her time to explain everything in the smallest details, including why i needed a sinus lift procedure before placing the dental implants. I was honestly very nervous about the surgery, but Dr. Sarah was incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. Her confidence and gentle approach made a huge difference to me. The sinus lift and implant procedure went much smoother than i expected and i did not feel a thing. The recovery was also surprisingly easy with Dr. Sarah checking on me personally during the healing process to make sur everything was progressing perfectly before moving forward with the next steps. Once the implants had healed, she completed my treatment wih beautifully designed porclain crowns and veneers. The result is a natural looking, balanced smile that completely transformed my confidence. Dr. Sarah has an amazing eye for cosmetic dentistry, and she really pays attention to every small detail to make sure the smile looks natural and fits my face in harmony. What i appreciated the most about Dr. Sarah was how caring and gentle she is. She never rushed me, listened to my concerns and explaind every step so i could feel safe and informed during treatments. If you are someone who is anxious about dental treatment or needs complex work like sinus lift surgery, dental implants, crowns or veneers, you will be in excellent hands with her. Thanks to Dr. Sarah, i can finally smile, eat and speak comfortable gain. Im incredibly grateful for her skills and kindness, which is very rare to find these days. I had a very disappointing experience with Saudi German Hospital – Sharjah, especially with the insurance department and administrative staff. This is actually the second time I face serious issues here. The first incident happened in December where we experienced long delays, incorrect charges, and poor coordination between departments. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again recently. My pregnant wife’s doctor requested an urgent ultrasound and clearly told us it should be done the next day. The hospital submitted the insurance request on March 4, and it was approved by the insurance company on March 5. However, despite the approval, no one from the hospital contacted us to schedule the examination. I tried calling the hospital call center many times for more than 24 hours, and no one from the insurance department answered. Customer service promised twice that someone would call me back, but nobody did. This level of poor communication, lack of responsibility, and administrative negligence is extremely frustrating—especially when dealing with a pregnant patient and urgent medical tests. The only reason we still come to this hospital is the doctor, not the hospital administration. Unfortunately, the staff—particularly in the insurance department—do not seem organized or responsive. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they handle patients and insurance processes.

I have been to Many clinics/ hospital because of my migraine for the past 2 years now. This was my first time in prime and I had absolutely the best service! Let's start with the receptionist, though a bit slow as I understand maybe it was because of registration and insurance application,I still had a wonderful service from them including the billing philipino staff. Let's talk about nurses as well. I am a nurse myself and the care the one that took my vitals was amazing! Now let's go to the doctor who saw me,the GP Dr. Zaynab. Absolutely a mother! I felt relieved and open to share with her my migraine journey and she recommended a second opinion and even booked me an appointment with neurologist ASAP! Most rooms that I have walked in,doctors usually don't take it seriously and because of their coldness,I usually don't have the courage to explain how bad is my situation. Am so glad for the total service and the fact that the clinic is 5 minutes walk away from my home. Not to forget about the pharmacy, within 5-10 minutes I was already with my meds unlike my previous visit to other clinics where my prescription took 24+ hours plus to be approved and delivered. Thank you prime and thank you Dr. Zaynab!!!

I am a regular patient of Dr. Armando, but since he was fully booked, I consulted Dr. Kalpana to obtain my usual medication for colds and flu. During the consultation, we agreed that she would be prescribed Rhinase, Maxiclear, and Lorine. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, only Rhinase and Lorine were listed. I returned to the nurse station to clarify this, and I was informed that Lorine had been removed and replaced with 10 pieces of Maxiclear. I am familiar with my condition, and I am concerned that two types of medication may not be sufficient for my symptoms. The main reason for my visit was to obtain the prescribed medicine covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, I only received 10 pieces of Maxiclear and Rhinase. Considering the time, travel, and expenses involved—especially given the current tensions and the need to travel to the mall—this visit cost me more compared to simply purchasing the medicine at a pharmacy. I will appreciate if doctors could carefully listen to patients’ concerns and provide sufficient medication, rather than issuing only a small number of tablets.

I was very disappointed with the behaviour of Dr. Sandbar Sathar, I am a very sensitive patient and I have been visiting Prime medical center Reef mall since 15 years .I consulted Dr. Vinod Kumar [ internal medicine] Dr. Chetan [Orthopedic doctor] Dr. Anil Singh [ Cardiology],DR Nooruddin[ Dentist].. I had consulted Dr Sonobar Satar as I had bad cold and I was feeling very weak ,and Dr. Vinod was not available ,Dr Sanobar was very unprofessional in her dealing I was very upset, I take many medication s s I have many sicknesses, 😢 she rudely said to to me u are taking many medication s .I asked her if Ican take numbilisation s Imy throat was itchy prevoius day too I had consulted her she had told to continue same medication, but my condition not improved, I don't recommend any one to consult such unprofessional doctor.......first time had a very bad experience in prime medical center Deira Reef mall.

It’s shocking that such an expensive and well-known hospital operates with such limited staff and extremely poor service. Very disappointing experience. My insurance approval for the radiology department was received on 26th Feb, yet I did not receive any call to book an appointment until 7th March. The issue was only discovered during my follow-up doctor’s appointment when they realized no one had contacted me. When I requested to have the ultrasound done immediately, I was made to wait for 3 hours, only to then be told to leave and come back another day.
