I recently visited Prime Hospital, Dubai during a very challenging period due to a serious urological condition. From my first consultation, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care provided by Dr. Issam AlMajdalawi, Consultant Urologist, and his nurse, Aaron. Their strong collaboration and patient-focused approach made a significant difference throughout my treatment journey. Following a series of thorough diagnostic tests, Dr. Issam clearly explained my condition to me, including my severe prostate enlargement, bladder compression, blood test results, prostate size, and urine flow metrics. He reassured me that the condition was not cancerous and carefully outlined all available treatment options, helping me make an informed decision to proceed with Rezum therapy to restore my quality of life. The procedure was carried out professionally under Dr. Issam’s supervision. Although I experienced temporary mobility issues upon waking from surgery, Dr. Issam was present to calmly explain the procedure, the observations made during surgery, expected side effects, and the recovery process. His reassuring manner, clinical expertise, and compassionate communication gave me great confidence and peace of mind. During my two-night stay, I was supported by a dedicated nursing team who demonstrated exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would particularly like to acknowledge Jet, Jan, and Jinci Shaji, whose kindness and support stood out. All other nursing staff were equally attentive and professional. Following surgery, I unfortunately developed a post-operative infection and experienced severe pain and swelling. The emergency team, including Dr. Amjad and Dr. Omar, responded promptly and professionally. Despite Dr. Issam being overseas at the time, the medical team consulted him to ensure the most appropriate and informed treatment decisions were made. I felt truly cared for during this difficult moment. Today, I am recovering well, my symptoms have significantly improved, and my quality of life has been restored. I am deeply grateful to God and to all the doctors, nurses, and staff who supported me throughout this journey. My sincere and special thanks go to Dr. Issam AlMajdalawi and Aaron for their outstanding care, professionalism, and dedication.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience my son and I had during our visit to Prime Medical last night. Upon arrival, we were waiting for more than 20 minutes for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure and other preliminary details. During this time, I was seated in the waiting area with my son. I observed the nursing staff engaged in personal conversations among themselves, while patients continued to wait. What was most concerning was that a family who arrived after us was allowed to enter directly before us. One of the nurses clearly saw that I had arrived earlier and was waiting for my turn, yet no action was taken. As a frequent patient of Prime Medical, I did not expect such rude and unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I tried to enter Dr. Geetika’s room when my turn should have come. However, a lady nurse stopped us very rudely and allowed another family to enter, stating they had an appointment. This entire situation was handled without proper communication or courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my child. The only positive aspect of this visit, as always, was the behavior of Dr. Om Prakash. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and the care he provides. He consistently treats patients with respect and prescribes medication appropriately based on the health condition. His conduct reflects the standard of care I expect from Prime Medical. I humbly request the management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the nursing staff, so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at Prime Medical. My overall experience with the doctors and hospital services has been very good. I have been visiting Prime Medical for the past 10 years, and I truly appreciate the quality of medical care provided. This feedback is not a complaint about the pharmacy staff, who I believe are doing their best. However, over the past one year, I have noticed a significant issue with the pharmacy services, especially during peak hours. The waiting time has become much longer than expected, often exceeding one hour. This is very difficult and exhausting for patients, particularly those who are already unwell and do not have the energy to wait for such long periods. I am sharing this feedback not only for myself but also to help improve the experience for other patients. I kindly request the management to consider increasing pharmacy resources or support during peak hours to reduce waiting time and improve patient comfort. Thank you for your attention and continued commitment to patient care.

تجربتي مع دكتورة عايدة ممتازة لكن غالبية الممرضات "من الجنسية الهندية"جعلوا اقامتي في المستشفى اكثر صعوبة وألمًا! من حيث التعامل والاسلوب وعدم تقديم المساعدة كما يجب استثني من ذلك الممرضة المصرية المحجبة كانت قمة في الاخلاق والادب والممرضة الفلبينية الكبيرة في العمر والمقام وترتدي نظارة كانت تعرض مساعدتها وترتب الغرفة حتى دون ان نطلب منها ذلك ' الممرضة التي اخذت طفلتني لسحب الدم منها لإجراء فحص الscreening رفضت ان اكون. انا او والدها معها في غرفة سحب الدم بحجة ان الغرفة صغيرة! لقد ولدت طفلتي للتو فكيف تتوقعون ان نكون بحال خير عندما نسمع صريخ طفلتنا من الغرفة المجاورة ونحن لا نرى شيء ! ليس لكم اي حق في ذلك .. نحن لن نعيق الاجراء بالطبع لانه من مصلحة ابتنا لكن كنا سنكون مطمئنين عندما نكون بجوارها ونمسك يدها ع الاقل!! حال الممرضات في مستشفاكم يحتاج لصرامة اكثر

While the staff were helpful and professional, my experience with the GP, Dr. Nilesh Trivedi, was disappointing. This is the second time I have had a similar experience with him. He appeared disinterested and unengaged, and his responses were vague and very close ended. I repeatedly had to ask the same questions to get any clarity, which left me feeling confused and unheard rather than reassured. As a patient, I expect clear communication and attentiveness, especially during a medical consultation. Unfortunately, this was lacking, and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I wanted to share this feedback honestly, as it has now happened more than once.

After seeing the blood test results , doctor informed its mild infection whereas my son developed fever and ear pain. Cough increased. When I call the doctor through call center, Doctor informed me directly that he will prescribe Anti biotic since the fever and ear pain persists. But he didn't prescribe and I was not informed also. One day before only Doctor should have prescribed Anti biotic. We visited another doctor and got it. And my son couldn't attend school for 4 days and he was crying over ear pain. That gave us trouble.

Went for a checkup - determined I needed a root canal. Dr advised she will submit for approval and refer to another branch. 3 days later I called to follow up as I received confirmation of an approval. She booked for oasis branch but no submission for the root canal was done , only x ray. Oasis now wants a new consult and new submission. A complete waste of time . I’ve requested for my x rays to use a more efficient establishment.
