When the day finally came on January 19, 2026, and I welcomed my son through a gentle cesarean section, everything felt so smooth, calm, and positive. The entire experience was peaceful, beautiful, and completely healing compared to my first delivery. Because of her, what could have been a stressful high-risk pregnancy turned into one of the most reassuring and memorable journeys of my life. I was crying in pain for two days because of my lower tooth, and I was honestly very scared to see a dentist since I’m afraid of dental procedures. But when I went to Dr. Nagender, he reassured me that the root canal would be a pain-free procedure and he truly meant it. The procedure was much better than I expected. I didn’t feel pain, just slight vibration from the machine, which is completely manageable. Dr. Nagender was calm, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the whole treatment. RT staffs are very accommodating and kind and friendly specially to Ms Abe. Transportation was free and really appreciate it, but it’s still important for the team to be mindful of patients welfare . Driver doesn’t need to put loudspeaker while arguing with their manager. pick up/drop off points are provided and why on the change of Driver patient asked last minute to walk on nerby location, when he already said where he is stopping? Meanwhile previous drivers Dinesh and Vipin understood and do well their job? Keep safe everyone!!

I went to Prime Medical Center yesterday suffering from a severe cold in addition to swelling in the feet and pelvic area, so I asked Dr. Hussein Ismail for an examination, and he told me to wait two days, and if the tumor continues, I will go to it again after two days to be referred to a specialist doctor. Honestly, it's very disappointing. I don't know where he got my medical degree to answer me like this.
