I’ve been a frequent visitor for nearly 15 years at Prime MC Arabian center. This was my first time at the 06 mall branch since my recent move. Overall staff interaction was good although the speed at which they work could be improved. My main dissatisfaction was Dr. Khalida. She was not friendly or comforting. She did not explain my diagnosis or my treatment. She dismissed me quickly without listening to me, I assumed it was due to her shift end. The chairs placed for patients to sit in her room were so far away from her desk, it was inconvenient to speak as I had a very bad throat and could not speak loudly. I doubt she heard anything I said and I had to keep repeating myself when it was painful to speak as it is. I have never experienced a doctor to be so distant and disinterested in their patient

Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I had an excellent experience with my face laser sessions, especially thanks to my therapist, Nekhlia. She is extremely professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Disha is one of the very few people in Dubai I trust with my skin; her opinions, diagnoses, and treatments have always been spot on. What stands out with Dr Disha is that she takes the time to understand exactly what type of results a patient is looking for. She carefully analyzes your skin and doesn't overdo her treatments. She also understands the skin types of different ethnicities, which is a huge plus in this region. She has a light hand and is open and communicative about her process. Follow-up care is also excellent. Highly professional and very recommended!

The doctor was not attentive at all during the whole conversation. His support staff and himself were occupied in their own world and when I asked about it, they said they have been busy so they are a little lost in their world. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns, rather he went on with explaining about what he feels as if it were a classroom session. I will never visit this dentist and will never recommend him to anyone.

Had appointment yesterday wuth orthopaedic doctor and was told that Ill receive physiotherapy recommendation from doctor along with approval by the end of the day. It's end of the next day and still no email, called to follow up and was promised callback from nurse... Not enjoying waiting time and that I have to follow up to get documents.
