I’ve been a frequent visitor for nearly 15 years at Prime MC Arabian center. This was my first time at the 06 mall branch since my recent move. Overall staff interaction was good although the speed at which they work could be improved. My main dissatisfaction was Dr. Khalida. She was not friendly or comforting. She did not explain my diagnosis or my treatment. She dismissed me quickly without listening to me, I assumed it was due to her shift end. The chairs placed for patients to sit in her room were so far away from her desk, it was inconvenient to speak as I had a very bad throat and could not speak loudly. I doubt she heard anything I said and I had to keep repeating myself when it was painful to speak as it is. I have never experienced a doctor to be so distant and disinterested in their patient

The clinic and hospital provide excellent OB-GYN care. The doctor is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, which explains the high demand for her services. Although there can sometimes be a long queue, the quality of care and attention given to each patient makes the wait worthwhile. I came to al qusais branch at 1630 but the staff at reception name khalid I guess not sure with name, I dont know he was having work load or not in mood to work he was lacking of customer service because as no eye contact, no proper gesture, while returning my eid he slammed it on counter.
