Under his guidance, my weight has come down to 99 kg—and more importantly, I’ve been able to maintain healthier habits and better control of my diabetes for over a decade. My HbA1c levels have stayed stable and improved consistently, something I once thought was impossible. Dr. Kumar’s approach has always been holistic: he didn’t just give prescriptions; he empowered me with knowledge. With his continuous support, his meticulous monitoring, and the right balance of medication, diet, and exercise, I learned how to take control of my health rather than let it control me. His reassurance and clear direction kept me on track even during difficult moments. What stands out most is his genuine care. Dr. Kumar didn’t just treat numbers—he treated me as a whole person. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I am healthier, more confident, and far more aware of how to manage my condition responsibly. Avoid this doctor if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. My experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. He rushed through the entire consultation and showed no genuine interest in understanding my injury. He dismissed my ACL issue outright, telling me to “just live with it,” and couldn’t provide a single timeline or treatment plan. He claimed my MRI was clear even though the written report highlighted problems - but he barely looked at the scans and seemed more focused on ending the appointment quickly. His explanations were inconsistent and confusing. One moment he said there was pain and tenderness around the meniscus, the next moment he insisted nothing was wrong. When I tried to ask questions, he snapped back with, “You want to know everything or what?” - an extremely unprofessional and condescending response to someone who has been in pain for six months. I walked out with zero clarity, no guidance, and more frustration than I came in with. If you're looking for a doctor who listens, explains, and actually cares about helping you recover, he is definitely not the person. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I have just underwent a LEEP procedure under Dra. Usha’s care. I was really scared after she told me that it is a protocol since I’ve never had a surgery before in my whole life. But Dra. Usha enlightened me of the whole procedure and had calm me before the procedure will be done. I know how Dra. Usha can be really busy because she is the most sought after OB gyne (I would know because she is always fully booked whenever I need to schedule my appointment with her which means she is the best and top OB gyne in her field) but despite her busy schedule she would always make it a point to reach out to you whenever you have questions. Dra. Usha will make you understand every detail that you need to know. I have been with Dra. Usha for many years now because of the way she cares for me truly and she always make me feel so at ease everytime I would visit her. Her skill and expertise is exceptional. I arrived today for my follow-up appointment at 8 PM. Due to heavy traffic, I reached at 8:20 PM. The nurse asked me to register, so I went to the reception. When I went to Counter 3 (with no other patients waiting), the staff spoke to me very rudely in front of others, saying “Why you came here? I will call you.” When he called my number again, he refused to check my profile and spoke harshly, asking “Who are you?” and “Why are you 30 minutes late?” His tone and behaviour were completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. For a clinic like Prime, such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from staff is very disappointing. Management should address this immediately.
