Dr Xiao Luo

Dr Xiao Luo is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, holistic, and preventative healthcare to patients of all ages. With a deep passion for primary care, Dr Luo enjoys the rich diversity of General Practice and values the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with individuals and families. Her patient-centred approach focuses on listening closely to her patients' concerns to deliver reassuring, high-quality medical care.

After completing her medical degree, Dr Luo pursued advanced academic studies and graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). To further her clinical expertise, she also obtained a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney and a Certificate in Women's Health from Family Planning Australia.

Dr Luo gained extensive clinical experience training at major hospitals in Sydney. Her postgraduate training in mental health at a prominent psychiatric unit provided her with valuable expertise in various areas of psychiatry, whilst her paediatric experience at a leading children's hospital equipped her with specialised skills in managing childhood conditions. Additionally, she has worked as a General Practitioner and a Visiting Medical Officer in regional New South Wales, where she independently managed complex and acute medical cases. Her clinical work is also informed by a strong background in medical research, with a particular focus on chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and renal disease.
