Dr Peter Stewart

Dr Peter Stewart is a highly respected General Surgeon and Colorectal Surgeon based in Concord, Australia. With a career dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care, Dr Stewart specialises in the diagnosis and surgical management of a wide range of abdominal and colorectal conditions. Dr Stewart possesses extensive expertise in both open and minimally invasive laparoscopic cancer surgery, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and endoscopy. His clinical interests encompass the management of inflammatory bowel disease, complex hernia repairs, and the flap repair of pilonidal sinus. Additionally, he has a strong focus on pelvic floor and recto-anal disorders, including rectocele, rectal prolapse, and other disorders of defecation.
