Dr Patrick Briggs

Dr Patrick Briggs is a highly experienced Specialist Plastic Surgeon at Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery in Hawthorn East. He completed his medical degree in Ireland in 1978, completing his general surgery training in London. He later completed his specialist training in Plastic Surgery in centres across Ireland and the United States, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) in 1981. In 1991, Dr Briggs completed his Intercollegiate Board Examination in Plastic Surgery and became a Fellow in Plastic Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. After qualifying as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon, Dr Briggs began practicing in the Middle East, providing lifesaving plastic surgery treatment for those who suffered burns and war injuries.

Dr Briggs later moved to the UK and practiced on London's world-renowned Harley Street as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon for 6 years. He then moved to Australia and opened his private practice where he is known for his innovative approach towards cosmetic plastic surgery with particular expertise in the field of gender surgery.
