Teri, the practice manager, is an absolute delight, and the entire experience felt professional, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. Most importantly, my operative outcome was excellent, and the post-operative care was exceptional — every aspect of my recovery was managed with care and attention. I would highly recommend this practice.

From my very first consultation with Dr Ross I felt completely at ease. There is something about his manner, calm, direct, and completely in command of his subject, that settles any nerves instantly. He is straightforward and precise, which is exactly what you want from a surgeon of his calibre and experience. What I did not expect was how much that experience would shape my entire journey. He guided me on sequencing and timing in ways I simply would not have known to ask about, and in hindsight it was exactly the right call. I found myself relaxing into the process, trusting his judgement completely, and letting him take the lead. That is not something I do easily, but with Dr Ross it felt entirely natural. The results have been nothing short of amazing. You just know you are in the right hands. I could not recommend him highly enough.

I had an eye lid lift (blepharoplasty) undertaken on my upper eyelids to remove excess skin. The initial consults were very informative and explained in a manner i could understand.
