Dr Nicole Sleeman

Dr Nicole Sleeman is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing holistic, person-centred care. With a strong focus on preventative medicine, she believes that health and well-being are deeply connected to both lifestyle and community. Dr Sleeman takes an empathetic, supportive, and collaborative approach to healthcare, working closely with her patients to integrate evidence-based lifestyle strategies into trauma-informed and culturally safe medical care.

Her clinical practice encompasses a broad range of general medicine, with particular interests in women's health, sexual health, and mental health support. Dr Sleeman provides comprehensive care for women navigating menstrual concerns, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), pelvic pain, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as offering medical terminations of pregnancy and cervical screenings. In addition, she is passionate about supporting patients with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Her practice also extends to sexual health screenings, contraception advice, and culturally respectful care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Dr Sleeman completed her medical education at the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2008. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and is a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician. Committed to ongoing professional development and advocacy, she also holds a Graduate Certificate in Public and Environmentally Sustainable Health. Dr Sleeman is an active member of Doctors for the Environment Australia, reflecting her dedication to sustainable healthcare and the vital connection between nature and human well-being.
