Velora HealthConnect

Velora Health Connect is a multidisciplinary allied health practice and registered NDIS provider based in Queensland. The practice supports children, adolescents and adults with physical, developmental, emotional and communication needs through person-centred, evidence-based care. Its approach focuses on connecting each participant with suitable therapies, clinicians and support networks according to their individual goals and circumstances.

The multidisciplinary team includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, dietitians and physiotherapists. These clinicians work together when participants have complex needs, including developmental, sensory, communication and functional difficulties, allowing care plans to address several areas of daily life within a coordinated service.

Appointments are available at the North Lakes clinic as well as through mobile and community-based services across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, the Sunshine Coast and Somerset regions. The practice follows a neuro-affirming and strengths-based approach when supporting people with autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and a range of physical disabilities, while also working with families and caregivers throughout the care process.
