Dr Merran Auland

Dr Merran Auland is a highly dedicated General Practitioner and Rural Generalist who provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community of Scone, Australia. With a strong commitment to rural medicine, she delivers essential primary care while also utilising her advanced skills in emergency medicine and anaesthetics. Dr Auland is passionate about ensuring that patients in regional areas have access to high-quality, reliable medical care, and she approaches her practice with a reassuring and patient-centred focus.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr Auland is an active leader in the medical community, contributing significantly to the training and regulation of healthcare professionals. She serves as the Deputy Chair of the Remote Vocational Training Scheme (RVTS) Board and is a Member of the Medical Council of New South Wales, representing the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. She is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) and holds credentials from the Joint Consultative Committee on Anaesthesia (JCCA), reflecting her specialised training as a GP Anaesthetist.
