Dr Lisa Wun

Dr Lisa Wun is a highly qualified Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon and Head and Neck Surgeon who provides comprehensive care for both paediatric and adult patients. With a compassionate and patient-centred approach, she treats children from six months of age as well as adults experiencing a wide range of ENT conditions. Her clinical practice encompasses general ear, nose, and throat issues, with a particular focus on head and neck oncology, functional nasal and sinus disorders, and salivary gland conditions. Dr Wun is dedicated to clear communication and building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients and their families to ensure they feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

Dr Wun completed her secondary and tertiary education in Australia, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Melbourne in 2000. She went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy from the same institution before completing her specialist training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. She was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2012. To further refine her expertise, she undertook advanced fellowship training in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery in Western Australia. Dr Wun is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and an active member of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Wun is deeply committed to medical education and the training of future specialists. She serves as a Senior Lecturer at The University of Melbourne, where she contributes to the academic development of medical students. She also holds the position of Supervisor of Training at a major metropolitan teaching hospital, guiding the next generation of surgeons. Her dedication to regional health is reflected in her regular consulting and operating services provided to regional communities, ensuring high-quality specialist care is accessible to patients outside metropolitan areas.
