Dr Murphy is my 4 year old daughters new favourite person! Not only was he kind and informative, but he is great with children patients 😀 we are extremely happy to have had such a professional and caring practitioner for our daughters surgery and are eternally grateful!

Had nose cauterization to control nosebleeds. Saw Dr. Jae Murphy. Although a relatively quick and simple procedure, Dr Murphy was very thorough and felt very assuring.

I did not receive the support and advice I needed, regarding my ENT issues, and how to manage them. I feel there was a bit of an examination, and I was sent on my way. I was promised a referral to another specialist, but don’t think waiting until after July next year is reasonable. I requested, twice, a referral to a specialist I could see sooner, but the clinic hasn’t bothered to follow up, on this. I believe my appointment was a waste of my time, money and energy.

Jae was friendly and approachable and explained everything about the surgery really clearly. The surgery went smoothly and my son had a pretty typical recovery. All in all a good experience
