Dr Jumeau is very professional and the top in his field. I like that he uses the assistance of technology when consulting about what shape/size looks best on each individual face. His open and clear communication makes it easier to ask questions and feel more at ease with the entire process involved in surgery. For my case, he considered not only aesthetics, but functionality as well. We both wanted my results to include better breathing for overall health. I was nervous! However, from the day I contacted his office and spoke to his ever so patient PA, Raelene, Dr Jumeau and his team of professionals guided me confidently through it all. My experience with Dr Jumeau and the rhinoplasty process - from consultations to surgery - including post op follow ups, exceeded my expectations.

Dr Jumeau was recommend as one of the best revision Rhinoplasty surgeons and he did not disappoint. The only regret I have is not seeing him earlier. I had a Rhinoplasty over 12 years ago which failed and my left nostril was completely closed and I had so much trouble breathing. This personally was traumatic and as years passed my nose changed and it was pushing to the side. I felt so uncomfortable with my appearance. I felt so comfortable after my first consultation with Dr Jumeau, his expertise, professionalism, kindness and empathy he shown was amazing. He made me feel at ease as I was so nervous getting my nose fixed after what I experienced. Dr Jumeau had time to answer all my questions (( and I had many ). Post surgery care has been fantastic - thank you so much Dr Jumeau for changing my life. Also a shout out to Raelene his receptionist for being on top of everything.

A very ‘real’ and genuine person to deal with right from the start. I could not have wished for a more caring person to operate on my nose problem. He told me he nearly didn’t go ahead with my surgery after opening me up and seeing what he had to deal with - but because he’d told me he would give it his best shot he went ahead - and did a brilliant job!! After 3 unsuccessful rhinoplasty’s and then breaking my nose, I was blessed and lucky enough to have Dr Jumeau take me on when others refused. He understood how difficult it would be and all the risks and explained this in great detail. Not only has he fixed my breathing issues, he fixed the imperfections in my nostrils I thought I’d be stuck with and it is perfectly straight. He totally exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. I could not recommend him any stronger.
