Dr Jason McMillen is a highly qualified Consultant Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon based in Queensland, Australia. With a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care, he specialises in both adult and paediatric neurosurgery, as well as complex spine surgery. Dr McMillen is dedicated to utilising advanced surgical techniques to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients, focusing on reducing recovery times and minimising post-operative discomfort.

Dr McMillen completed his undergraduate medical degree in Queensland before embarking on specialist neurosurgery training across several major Australian centres, including Adelaide, Townsville, Melbourne, and Brisbane. He was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in adult and paediatric neurosurgery and spine surgery. To further refine his expertise, he completed a prestigious post-fellowship training programme in Cambridge, United Kingdom, where he focused on cerebrovascular surgery and neurotraumatology. He has also served as a Director of Neurosurgery and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
