A pleasure to reacquaint with Dr Ghaly. I did feel a bit of a nuisance to reception staff requiring a 3 month appointment in Noble Park. I live in South Gippsland wirh a 2 hour drive. Even with Dr Ghaly coming into reception and specifying his instructions to staff for a 3 month appointment, I've walked away with an appointment in November, 5 months away, and in Huntingdale practice. I was told I would most likely get in on a cancellation turning up in September. A leap of faith and fingers crossed.

The wait is ridiculous for a private practice, and no one cares.
